1. Eligibility for Refunds
   • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment.
   • Only unused or unprocessed services are eligible for refunds.
2. Non-Refundable Items
   • Digital or downloadable materials.
   • Services already initiated or completed.
3. Refund Process

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Cancellations
   • Orders or services may be canceled within 24 hours if work has not yet begun.
